Family Law
In cases where children are involved, my preference is to work with a client who puts the best interests of their children first. In cases where minor children are not involved, my preference is to work with a client who has a plan for their future, who knows what they want to accomplish and who wants to maintain control of their own destiny. I have an excellent track record in settling cases through assertive and intelligent representation.

I am a sole practitioner, and I began my firm after a career in law enforcement. Our firm specializes in providing quality representation in all areas of family law with a particular emphasis in divorce parentage, and child custody and support cases.
I was a police officer with the Los Angeles Police Department, attaining the rank of sergeant. I was also a military policeman with the United States Army.
I was a member of the Los Angeles Superior Court Sponsored Paternity Law Panel representing parents in child support cases enforced by the County Child Support Service Department (formerly known as the District Attorney).
I am currently a volunteer mediator in Los Angeles Superior Court, mediating divorce cases.
I am a strong proponent in clients' self education as it enables them to become part of the process in resolving their cases. An educated client is for the most part a more satisfied client.
I am more than happy to review document prepared by clients. However, my role as an attorney is to analyze and improve on the ultimate product that is eventually filed and considered by the court.
This depends on the situation.
I decided to become a lawyer to help people in need in resolving their problems.
My experience as a police officer has taught me to be empathetic but assertive should the need arise. This experience has benefited my clients in the courtroom as well as in settlement negotiations. My graduation from top-tiered universities as well as my practice of remaining abreast in the dynamic area of family law provides my clients with unparalleled representation.
I enjoy the complexities inherent in the dynamics of family law.
I enjoy the ability to make a positive difference in the lives of my clients and their children.
My office is located in a suite of about nine other attorneys and I have a network of professional colleagues. The resources at my disposal enhance the representation of my clients throughout the divorce process.
I am extremely well-versed in child support law. I also have an excellent reputation and familiarity with local judges, attorneys and court staff.
My style is personable yet assertive. My style maintains zealous advocacy on behalf of my clients.
