I keep myself abreast in the highly complex field of family law by participating in a minimum of 50 hours annually of continuing education.

I successfully defended against an appeal taken in the California Court of Appeals in the cases entitled Guardianship of Ariana K. (2004) 120 CA4TH 690.

I am a sole practitioner, and I began my firm after a career in law enforcement. Our firm specializes in providing quality representation in all areas of family law with a particular emphasis in divorce parentage, and child custody and support cases.

I was a police officer with the Los Angeles Police Department, attaining the rank of sergeant. I was also a military policeman with the United States Army.

I was a member of the Los Angeles Superior Court Sponsored Paternity Law Panel representing parents in child support cases enforced by the County Child Support Service Department (formerly known as the District Attorney).

I am currently a volunteer mediator in Los Angeles Superior Court, mediating divorce cases.

Depending on the complexity of the particular matter, my hourly rates range between $300-$375.

Free consultation if retained. Otherwise, $100 for a one hour consultation.

Depending on the complexity of the case, I generally require a 10-15 hour deposit.
