Most estate planning services are provided on a fixed fee basis. A basic estate plan for a married couple (consisting of a living trust, wills, durable powers of attorney, healthcare directives, marital property agreement, and assistance with funding home) is generally between $2,500 and $4,000 for the couple. However, I rarely give a specific quote until the end of the one-hour consultation, because I need to understand each person's financial situation and estate planning goals in order to provide advice and make recommendations.
$350 for lawyer time; $85 for paralegal time.
Yes. One hour for estate planning clients. Half hour for probate and trust administration clients.

Attorneys have passed a licensing check. Nolo has confirmed that every member attorney has a valid license and is in good standing with the applicable bar associations upon joining the directory.
