I have been representing three local Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustees over the past several years. This gives me a special insight into the workings of the bankruptcy process as well as an outstanding working relationship with each of the Chapter 7 Trustees.

What is your opinion regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

I strongly encourage my clients to educate themselves to the extent possible. I attempt to educate my clients so they are able to make intelligent decisions on their legal matters which many times involve legal issues, financial issues, and practical issues impacting their day to day lives.
