Mason & Mason focuses 70% of its time and practice in the areas of Probate, Wills, Trusts, and Real Estate Litigation. We represent a variety of clients in this regard from individuals to organizations.
Initially formed in 2006, Mason & Mason was the culmination of a wife and husband team. The focus was to leverage Reginald Mason's background as an investment advisor/estate planner with Morgan Stanley and Catherine Mason's eight years of experience in construction defect litigation.

Board Member of the Tom Messeareu free legal clinic in South Central Los Angeles. Extensive Volunteer at the free legal clinic located at West Angeles Church.
An educated client in regards to his or her legal issue is a much better client. This is because he or she will be better able to assist counsel in representing him or her.
I am amenable to document review. It would be consistent with the services we offer.
I am not available to provide this service. Most of my work time is used on in-house cases.
Personally, I was being evicted while going to college. I had returned from serving in the U.S. Army, but could not find a job, which put me in a position of not being able to pay my rent. I never wanted to feel that vulnerable again.
First, being a father of three boys has given me a unique perspective on how legal issues affect families. Second, I think my military experience has given me a sense of commitment to completing the tasks at hand, no matter how arduous.
I saw a unique strategic blend of services that could be offered by offering estate planning and real estate legal services. Often, many of the disputes that arise in estates are predominantly based on real estate disputes.
Despite the uncertainty of court rulings, I take solace in the notion that I am among individuals and in a profession that can truly make a difference in people's lives.
My primary support persons are Mr. Edward Jordan and Mr. James Mercado. They give 150% everyday they're at work. I have a Trust paralegal, Larry Roberts, who is quite detail oriented. They keep me on top.
Individual strengths I possess are embedded in my ability to see things from a macro perspective, yet bring untraditional solutions to a micro problem.
Jet skiing, learning Spanish and traveling to different places are my favorite avocations. However, I love empowering people through volunteering my time and/or giving of some of my resources. I plan to eventually start my own family foundation that will address issues such as Aids in Africa, mental health issues for women, and funding inner-city academic programs for children.
