I participated in preparing for trial in the largest securities case in U.S. history: In re Enron Corporation Securities, Derivative and "ERISA" Litigation, representing a class of over 1.6 million. Additionally, I continue to draft contracts, Alliances and Services Agreements, Partnership Agreements, Operating Agreements and assists clients with the formation of business organizations.

The initial consultation is free and lasts generally about a half hour.

Retainers will be assessed based upon the nature of the representation. All litigation cases require a retainer, typically between $2,500 to $5,000.
