We may actually tell you that you do not need an attorney or refer you to an attorney better specialized to meet your needs, if that is the case.

We understand that today's economy has put a severe financial strain on many people. On top of that, many people do not choose when to deal with legal issues. They can come up at any time. We understand real world problems and will work with you to overcome them. We can meet you close to your home or work, during lunch, after business hours and on weekends.

Activities and Awards

We don't like to brag. Our work speaks for itself.

What is your opinion regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

We strongly believe that an educated and prepared client can serve as an asset to his or her case. Understanding the stages of your case and how the process works helps ease some of the anxiety and provides our clients with a realistic assessment of what to expect. Because we believe that prepared clients have an advantage over unprepared clients, we will keep you fully informed of every step in your case.

Are you willing to review documents prepared by clients?

Many find that preparing legal documents is a lot harder than it looks. It is sometimes helpful to get a lawyer's opinion. All people thinking of representing themselves should consider this option.

While we cannot be responsible for any effects of self representation, our attorneys can sit down with you and review your documents. We will explain the law and rules that apply, and evaluate your facts as they relate to the documents.

Are you willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

While we cannot be responsible for any effects of self-representation, we can sit down with you and discuss your particular issues. Often people try to handle their own legal issues themselves. However, some find that they need help from an experienced attorney. There is nothing wrong with that. Our attorneys can discuss law, procedures and assess the facts of your case with you. We can also take over and remove the weight off your shoulders so you can get back to your life.

Why did you decide to be a lawyer?

I like helping people, facing challenges and succeeding.

What work experience and education helps you be a better lawyer?

I was raised by a single mom who worked several jobs to support us. She taught me the value of hard work, self-reliance and the importance of family.

I have held many jobs in my life. My tour as a soldier in the U.S. Army taught me perseverance in the face of hardship, leadership, organization and how to adapt and overcome.

Why did you decide on your primary area of practice?

I enjoy helping people with most, if not all, of their problems. I want to be the one and only lawyer that my clients ever need.

What do you like best about your career?

I love winning. Meeting new clients and helping them with their problems gets me up in the morning and makes me look forward to every day.

Tell us about your law firm:

Our clients deal mostly with the attorneys at our firm. I do have an assistant that is attentive to all of my client's needs. I also have law school interns that are very smart and highly motivated. Everyone at my firm is stands ready to do whatever is needed achieve your goals.

What are your strengths and style?

I relate to most of my clients. I know how to talk to them in a language they can understand. I have the patience it takes to help them understand the system and laws that apply to their issues.

Personal Interests:
