It is always a good idea for clients to be informed on legal issues.

Happy to do so.

I would be reluctant to encourage clients to represent themselves in trust or elder abuse litigation matters.

Why did you decide to be a lawyer?

I became interested in law which working as a health planner and relate to PL 93-641, which at that time, provided for nationwide health planning.

What work experience and education helps you be a better lawyer?

I worked for 18 years as a litigator before returning to school to earn a graduate degree in taxation.

Why did you decide on your primary area of practice?

I thoroughly enjoyed estate planning and estate and gift tax courses in law school.

What do you like best about your career?

Interaction of clients.

We are a two attorney firm. I have a paralegal who assists me.

What are your strengths and style?

I believe my clients enjoy worked with me and recognize and appreciate my legal skills.
