Why did you decide to be a lawyer?

I hate arrogance and bureaucracy. I seek to help people that they may have successful and independent lives. My faith in God is the bedrock of my being both professionally and personally.

What work experience and education helps you be a better lawyer?

I am a lawyer and a Christian. Everything the firm commits to is based upon those principals.

Why did you decide on your primary area of practice?

Family law is perhaps the most fluid of all forms of law. In this dynamic world of divorce, paternity, and custody litigation, the attorneys at the Farrar Law Firm maintain a high level of proficiency and knowledge of the law. Whether learning or teaching, advanced continuing education is a must for each attorney at the firm and demonstrates the level of commitment each lawyer has toward the practice of law.

What do you like best about your career?

I hope that each person and family I help solve their problems whether it be divorce, parenting issues, debt problems, or injury that they will pass along their success to the next.

What are your strengths and style?

I have an aggressive litigation style and I believe most cases should settle. I know through litigation preparation established a foundation to negotiate from a position of strength.

Personal Interests:

I enjoy spending time with my wife, Cynthia and my two children, Alexxander and Kealy. I also enjoy reading biographies of early American historical figures that help shape our country.

Contested Divorce without custody issues - $2,500.
Uncontested Divorce without Agreement - $1,000.

Adoption Uncontested - $2,000 plus costs for each ranging from $450 to $550.
