I believe it is important for clients to educate themselves on legal issues because this can assist them in making informed decisions on selecting a qualified attorney.
Not applicable.
Bankruptcy is a complicated and specialized area of law, thus I do not believe that in most cases that clients can effectively represent themselves.
I decided to be a lawyer because I wanted a challenging career, and I enjoy working with people. Being a lawyer has allowed me to experience both on a daily basis.
My experience as a former attorney for a Nevada Chapter 13 Bankruptcy attorney allows me to better understand the complete bankruptcy process, and to better serve the interests of my clients.
Bankruptcy is an area of law that provides immediate financial and emotional relief for a client during a very difficult situation.
My career is very satisfying and rewarding because I help people out of difficult situations every day.
I am a solo practitioner. I meet with all clients personally, and personally represent them at all hearings during their case. I also have a knowledgeable assistant who is very attentive to the needs of my clients.
My style and approach to working with clients is straight-forward and no-nonsense. I believe that it is important to properly inform clients of available options, all potential issues, and of their responsibilities to ensure their case is a success.
I enjoy attending college and professional sporting events. I like to play golf with friends, and enjoy bike riding with my family.
