I have a wealth of jury trial experience including capital murder cases and many other trials too numerous to list. I have helped people avoid foreclosure on their homes; discharge hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt, and save their family vehicles through bankruptcy. Clients should make every effort to educate themselves. However, no amount of independent research can substitute for legal advice given from a lawyer.
I am willing to review any document brought to me by my clients.
I would be happy to discuss the pros and cons of representing yourself in court.
I decided to become a lawyer because I like to help people solve problems they cannot solve on their own. I believe every client deserves a lawyer they can trust. I care about the people I work for and want to close each case knowing I got the best possible result for every individual client.
My years at the Prosecuting Attorney's office gave me the opportunity to develop my skills as a lawyer.
Because I enjoy helping people solve problems.
My favorite part of my job is when my clients tell me how happy they are with the work I have done for them. I love for clients to refer their friends to me because they are happy with the outcome I was able to get in their case.
I am surrounded by some of the best lawyers in Northwest Arkansas. I also have a wonderful assistant who is bilingual and is attentive to all my clients needs.
My experience as a trial advocate and the personal attention I give to each client are my strengths. I want to ensure that each client is able to reach me on the phone whenever they need me, and able to get an appointment with me within a reasonable amount of time. I want every client to leave my office knowing I have done a great job for them.
My family, cooking, reading, movies and music, being outdoors.
