I enjoy doing work that has a direct beneficial impact to my client's lives.

My background in finance helps me advise my clients through difficult financial times. Having grown up on the border with Mexico also gives me an insight as to what my immigration clients are going through.

Fixed-Price Services and Fees

We do offer flat fee services. The rate on a typical no asset Chapter 7 is $1,001 in attorney fees, plus court cost of $299. We offer payment plans.

Hourly Rates

$175 when applicable. Most cases done on a flat rate.

Free Initial Consultation?

We offer free initial consultations in Bankruptcy matters for 30 minutes. On immigration matters the consultation fee is $40.

Typical Retainer

This depends on the type of case, but they are very reasonable.

Nolo's Licensing Check
