The firm was established in early 2004. Initially there was an intake of clients in general paths of civil litigation, which included family law and contract disputes. Shortly thereafter, the firm became a member of Attorneys Title Insurance Fund, and became a lawyer-based title company conducting closings on a regular basis. As the market changed, the firm changed its focus to the current one, whereby we are assisting folks in bankruptcy and foreclosure defense.

Attorney Andres Montejo has a very rich and diverse background. In the late eighties he ran the day-to-day activities of a daily print newspaper in all aspects, including the editorial portion to the mechanical portion of production and sales. In the nineties he organized and ran a computer dealer business which ended up becoming the largest independently owned hardware and software retail store of South Florida. His latest career change brought him to the legal field, where he can offer his clients the experience and understanding of his previous employment combined with his entrepreneurial background and knowledge of the needs of the community.
