Example Cases

I have been doing a lot of consumer bankruptcy cases for many years, but have never appealed any cases nor or there any reported cases with my name on them. My clients usually can't afford appeals.

One case that made the news while I was in Florida was Neider v. Summerbeach Resorts wherein we got an injunction against the resort which had built a driving range that ended at my clients' property. They were pelted with golf balls for a year or more. I convinced the judge to order that they move the tee area to the end by my clients' property and hit back toward the resort. Shortly after that, the resort bought my clients' property at a fairly hefty premium. I take care of my clients.
