I support clients educating themselves on legal issues as long as they fully understand what they are learning and also understand the limits of what they are learning so that they consult an attorney when necessary.
I will do this, but much prefer to prepare the documents as I believe this is more cost effective for the client. It often takes longer to review and edit client-prepared documents then to properly draft the documents from scratch.
I am willing to do this.
I wanted to be able to help people solve their significant problems and make an impact for the better in their lives. I also wanted a profession that was challenging and where I could constantly grow and improve.
I have worked with people for over 20 years and have developed a sense of empathy for others and many other strong people skills. Having earned an M.B.A. and worked as a technician, I also have business and technical skills that set me apart from most other attorneys. My training and upbringing has also helped to develop strong character and leadership skills that also distinguish me from other attorneys. Finally, I treat my clients as I would want to be treated. Clients are usually quite appreciative of this attitude and commitment.
Many clients have had a hard time in this economy and bankruptcy provides them much needed relief. It is gratifying to help them obtain this relief. I also believe it is much better to prevent legal problems from occurring then trying to solve legal problems after they have occurred. Careful and strategic estate planning provides this type of invaluable service.
I really enjoy significantly improving people's lives by providing excellent legal services in a compassionate and client-centered manner. I take great pride in excelling in this manner.
I am a solo practitioner, so all of my clients deal directly with me. I also have a wonderful paralegal who is attentive to all of my client's immediate needs.
I am client centered and driven to excel. I also do more listening than speaking so that I can tailor my advice to meet the exact needs of my clients. I strive for integrity and a strong bond of trust with my clients.
