We focus on assisting persons who are going through difficult times. We attempt to provide as much support as possible and concentrate on our clients goals. If goals are not reasonable then we notify our clients up front.
Law Offices of Justin Thomas Allen, Esq. was established in 2005. We already knew how to run successful businesses, so we decided to apply our knowledge to this Law Firm.
I was a paralegal for 12 years prior to obtaining my law license.
Certificate in mediating the litigated case from Pepperdine University. Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. Mediation panel for San Joaquin County, CA. Judge pro tem training in family law, small claims and unlawful detainer.
I appreciate clients coming into my office informed about the issues that affect them. It is much easier to explain the process when clients have already educated themselves about the big picture. I then only have to fill in the details.
I commonly review documents prepared by other parties. I also assist litigants who began the process themselves and became overwhelmed.
I am open to the idea of helping folks on an hourly basis who want to handle the case themselves. This is the concept of limited scope representation.
Perry Mason and Matlock. To this day, I enjoy those shows and any others with legal intrigue.
I grew up on a farm in the country. I was expected to work hard to make money for the family farm. It taught me what it means to do a good days work and about the value of money. I also know how hard money is to come by, so I respect your decision to hire my firm to handle your matters.
I chose family law and bankruptcy because it seemed to me that those areas required the most lawyers.
I enjoy working with people who really need help. I gain satisfaction from doing my best to assist them to realize their objectives.
I have two law students from a local law school who I mentor in various areas of the law. I have a legal secretary that assists with calendaring and organizing my office. I also have a colleague who is a doctor and a lawyer who assists with evaluation of serious injuries to potential clients.
I am an easygoing person that is a good listener and problem solver.
I enjoy playing with my wife and two boys at a local park and going to dinner with my family and friends. I also enjoy physical fitness activities.
