I attend continuing legal education seminars in immigration law. I occasionally have taught as a substitute teacher at Seton Hall Law School.
I have had two books published, Immigration Made Simple, Citizenship Made Simple. I have also published numerous articles.
We focus on the following immigration categories:
Business Immigration - We offer help to a wide range of business immigration clients. These include outstanding ability aliens, as well as people seeking permanent residence through an offer of employment or through investment, and clients seeking assistance in obtaining non-immigrant visas to work in the U.S. (such as H-1B or L-1).
Family Immigration - The process of applying for immediate family or marriage sponsorship is complicated, but the rewards—uniting families in the United States—are great.
Deportation Defense - Time is of the essence, if you are facing removal from the United States over a criminal charge or immigration violation.
Employment Verification - Accusations of immigration, labor or wage and hour violations can put the most successful business in jeopardy. We can help.

Clients should always educate themselves before speaking to a lawyer. They should research on the internet and at the library so they understand the basic issues.
I have no problem with that.
I have no problem with that.
I decided to be a lawyer because I thought it was an honorable profession and one where I could serve the public.
Prior to law school I worked at many jobs and can empathize with the working person. I worked for both large companies, small companies, and the US government.
It was a logical progression when I left the Immigration Service to go into a field I was most familiar with.
I have helped thousands of people over the years and many have gone on to fame and fortune which they never would have been able to do.
My associate and my paralegal are both immigrants and have gone through the same process that my clients are going through. They are truly empathetic and understand the clients' needs.
I relate to people very well and talk to everyone on the same level. I treat all people equally and the way I like to be treated.
Attending seminars to keep up with the latest in the field of immigration, updating my books, and helping my firm serve our clients.
