Firm Focus and History

Grapevine Legal & Financial, LLC was established in 2003 when I transferred my practice from Southern California to Napa. We are dedicated to personal and professional bankruptcy service.

Previous Employment Summary

I have been in private practice for nearly 14 years.

What is your opinion regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

There is a lot of misinformation and out-of-date information on the internet, and possibly from family or friends. A free 30-minute consultation with me can clear up a lot of that misinformation so you can make a well-informed decision about how to resolve your debt issues.

Are you willing to review documents prepared by clients?

Bankruptcy cases usually do not involve client-prepared documents.

Are you willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

That is not possible for liability reasons.

Why did you decide to be a lawyer?

It fits my skill set - I am very analytical, detail-oriented, and I find great satisfaction helping people solve their problems.

What work experience and education helps you be a better lawyer?

I do a lot of community and volunteer work.

Why did you decide on your primary area of practice?

Providing my clients with a fresh start is very satisfying.

What do you like best about your career?

I am proud of the fact that many of my clients refer me to their friends and family.

Tell us about your law firm:

I am a solo practitioner. My clients have my direct line, and I am with them from start to finish.

What are your strengths and style?

I provide a friendly and relaxed environment.

Personal Interests:

Racquetball, hiking, biking, golf, scuba, snowboarding, reading, cooking, and wine.

Understanding Fees

Nolo's Licensing Check

Attorneys have passed a licensing check. Nolo has confirmed that every member attorney has a valid license and is in good standing with the applicable bar associations upon joining the directory.

Directory lawyers are required to notify Nolo immediately if they become the subject of any disciplinary action by any bar association.
