The continuing education courses that I choose to attend make me better suited to handle all of the issues presented by my clients.
I successfully concluded an adversarial proceeding that saved the debtor's home from foreclosure when all the others told the debtor that it was hopeless.

Our goal is to maintain a small, full service firm that is committed to providing legal services that are personally responsive to our clients and their needs. Aggressively representing clients' interests is the cornerstone of our philosophy.
DeBruyckere, Roth & Associates, PPC was founded in 2007 by Daniel DeBruyckere and Elizabeth Roth in Salem, New Hampshire. Since that time, we have established offices in Dracut and North Andover, Massachusetts. Our attorneys have more than 30 years combined experience.
I established and operated a national network of sixty attorneys for a well-known national collections law firm. The litigation department met and exceeded all goals. I served as an Assistant City Attorney with the primary responsibility for defending the city, its officials, officers, and agents in lawsuits. I handled at least a dozen law suits from start to jury verdict, all with reasonably successful results.
Since 1984, I have handled many clients and their cases through volunteer lawyer programs and other pro bono opportunities in the private practice of law.
I am always happy to assist a client who is interested in learning more about legal issues.
This is decided on a case by case basis.
These services are not available in this firm.
I wanted to help people within a law setting.
All of my life experiences help me to be a better lawyer.
As aforementioned, I enjoy this area of law and being able to assist people.
I enjoy helping my clients get a fresh start and realize that there can be a rewarding and successful life after starting over.
A co-operative staff with a high work ethic makes the practice of law enjoyable.
I provide aggressive advocacy to get results when necessary, while never forgetting that it is important to communicate on a different level with a client who is going through the kind of personal turmoil that financial stress causes.
I enjoy spending my time off with my wife and five children. My hobbies are photography and Taekwondo.
