Firm Focus and History

I am a solo practitioner and my firm is dedicated 100% to estate planning, tax planning, and asset protection. I established my firm in February of 2009.

Previous Employment Summary

Before starting my own firm, I was an associate with a large South Florida law firm, and an attorney with the Internal Revenue Service in Washington, D.C.

What is your opinion regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

While it is important for clients to know some of the legal issues concerning their circumstances, it is often in the client's best interest to hire an attorney who has the expertise to help them.

Are you willing to review documents prepared by clients?

I will be willing to do so and will give my honest advice as to the sufficiency of the documents.

Are you willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

I am not willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves.

Why did you decide to be a lawyer?

I decide to become a lawyer because I believe I had the insight, temperament, and skills for the job.

What work experience and education helps you be a better lawyer?

My love of knowledge and learning.

Why did you decide on your primary area of practice?

I chose estate planning and tax because of the intellectual challenges involved.

What do you like best about your career?

I like estate planning because I get to work directly with people and not just for big faceless corporations.

Tell us about your law firm:

I am a solo practitioner, so all of my clients deal directly with me.

What are your strengths and style?

I have no staff, so I am very hands on, attentive and available for my clients.

Personal Interests:

Travel, photography and music.
