My legal assistant and I work directly with clients. Customer service is the most important aspect for us. It is not enough to help the client achieve his/her objectives -- I work to be sure that the client understands what is happening in his/her case.
What are your strengths and style?
My style is very hands-on, making sure the client understands his/her options.
