Clients should read about bankruptcy law so they can ask questions and weigh their alternatives.
Clients are welcome to make suggestions regarding all documents prepared by this office.
I am unwilling to consider a client as co-counsel for ethical reasons. Absolute control of the case is lost when another interjects on or participates in the legal game plan.
My father was a lawyer. My brother-in-law was a lawyer. I was brought up in a family with constant discussion of the law. My father founded a firm which is now the second largest in North Carolina.
I served with the US Army in Vietnam from 1969-1970, and was awarded the Bronze Star for meritorious achievement in Vietnam.
I gain particular satisfaction in helping consumers who find themselves in debt for reasons beyond their control. I enjoy seeing them back on their feet.
I enjoy watching clients as they throw off burdens of debt and resume living.
We have a well trained staff. Two of our four paralegals have been with me for an extended time period.
We pay close attention to the day to day needs of our existing clients.
