Firm Focus and History

The Law Offices of Maite L. Diaz is a law firm dedicated to helping honest individuals in dealing with issues concerning debt including the possible loss of their homes. Our emphasis is helping people regain control over their financial lives, allowing them a fresh start after debt.

The Law Offices of Maite L. Diaz, P.A., located in Southwest Broward County, was founded with the goal of serving the local community in a client-centered manner. Our goal is to guide our clients through the seemingly dark waters of our legal system by taking the time to explain the legal processes they are facing in a language they can understand. We are proud to be Hispanic-owned and operated and to serve our clients in both English and Spanish.

Previous Employment Summary

I previously worked at the Law Offices of Richard Patino on civil litigation matters.

Our experience and education gives us the tools to do just that.

Why did you decide on your primary area of practice?

Our primary area of practice was chosen from the amount of need that there is for this type of work in our area. As a result, we can help a large segment of the community.
