While I have been practicing as a Personal Injury attorney for 30 years, Munday and Nathan was founded in 1991.
Our firm specializes in personal injury cases involving significant injuries resulting from medical malpractice, product defects, truck, rail and aviation errors and negligence, road and building design defects, automobile collisions, police misconduct, premise defects, slip and fall accidents and cases involving nursing home neglect.
Prior to Munday and Nathan, I was a partner in its predecessor firm, Lane and Munday.
I am currently serving on the Board of Directors at the Children's Memorial Hospital Foundation and the Wilmette, District 39 Foundation, the Optimists Club.
My practice has also been AV-Rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
We are very aggressive in our investigation and prosecution of our client's claims, and are deeply committed to protecting our client's rights.
We encourage our clients' participation and input to our investigations so that we leave no stone unturned!
We do not recommend that clients represent themselves.
I became a lawyer to help people who have been wronged or injured and to help change the practices, policies, or products which cause injuries.
I have been a teacher, a cab driver, and a construction worker - and I understand and relate to people from all walks of life. As a result of my experience, I believe I can truly understand a client's life issues and be the best representative he or she can have.
I felt personal injury was the best field for me to help people.
Helping people and causing change that benefits society.
Our staff of attorneys, paralegals and assistants is talented and committed to our clients and their future.
I provide compassionate yet aggressive representation. I am thorough. My preparation is focused and complete, and I provide good results!
