2. I helped the owner of a prosperous business establish an estate plan that would ensure, in the event of his death, that there would be a smooth transition in the management of his business, and that his estate would be passed to his children free of estate tax.

Tell us about your law firm:
I am one of two attorneys in our firm. My partner has a separate area of practice but we often discuss cases when our practice areas overlap. We also employ an exceptional paralegal/legal assistant who has an uncanny ability to understand our clients and to keep us informed as to their concerns.

I am able to analyze a factual situation and to present the available options to a client in a way that makes sense.
