I have successfully filed both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases for thousands of clients. I helped an individual eliminate debt and lower their monthly payments along with all the interest. The family was able to keep all the property they owned. I helped another family get out from under a mortgage deficiency. We have several clients who eliminated their second mortgages altogether.

We only practice consumer and small business bankruptcies. We have 8 attorneys, 5 locations, and over 50 support staff.
Law Firm was established in September of 1998. We have focused on consumer bankruptcy for the past 11 years.
I practiced bankruptcy law in a large consumer bankruptcy firm before starting my own firm in 1998.
Consumer Bankruptcy Super Lawyer for 2009.
Every client should always have background knowledge about anything they do.
I am not willing to review documents prepared by clients who want to represent themselves.
As stated above I am unwilling to do this as I cannot be sure of the outcome.
I am a logical person and I wanted to understand the legal system. I thought it would be good work for who I am.
I have a large family and circle of friends and they keep me grounded and wanting to help.
I practiced several kinds of law before consumer bankruptcy. Consumer bankruptcy is the most rewarding as I am able to help people on a daily basis.
I love every aspect of my job and look forward to going to work every day. The thank you letters and appreciation shown from my happy clients is a wonderful aspect of my career. I love knowing at the end of the day I helped a family in need.
There are three partners in the law firm and eight attorneys. All three partners are certified in Consumer Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification. We have helped over 20,000 families eliminate the burden of debt since 1998. We have over 50 support staff, which means each case will receive individual attention. Our staff is fluent in Spanish.
I am capable of understanding my client's motives and goals because I have empathy for their individual situations. Most attorneys are not empathetic to the client's situation and because of this are unable to properly analyze what is best for the individual or their family.
We will not waste money. If we feel a client will not benefit from bankruptcy we will tell them not to file. I try to educate my clients on the pros and cons of all available solutions, and then when the clients make a decision, they make an intelligent and informed decision about what will work best for them. I aggressively represent every client. I am extremely detail-oriented and very hands-on. I am caring and patient and do things accurately and correctly the first time. I will be there to assist my clients from beginning to end.
I enjoy spending time with my wife, son, and dogs. I enjoy traveling, cooking, scuba diving, and the LA Lakers.
