What work experience and education helps you be a better lawyer?
Having kids, teaching mock trial, being married, and having tried approximately 40 jury trials have all made me a better listener and, therefore, a better trial lawyer.
Why did you decide on your primary area of practice?
I enjoyed the thrill and challenge of trying cases to juries.

I am a solo practitioner, with two assistants, Vicky and Marisa. Vicky speaks Spanish fluently and is committed to a career in law. Marisa has twenty years of experience who never loses her cool.

To be prepared on the facts and law, persuade the prosecutor of the reasons why we will prevail, and to use courtesy and professionalism to represent the client's best interests, always.
