My law firm was established in 1992. I left a thriving engineering position to attend law school and later establish a law firm. My focus has always been to assist the neediest in our society, the immigrants and injured.
Civil litigation for 2 years prior at Baker, DeOme & Tour-Sarkissian from 1989 to 1991.
Appointed by the City & County of San Francisco commission to redraft the Human Rights Charter of San Francisco.
In a multi-district federal litigation case, I was Appointed to the Plaintiff's committee of Swissair Accident of September 2, 1998, Flight No. SR111. This is a plane crash and such appointment is a statement of the Court's confidence in the attorney. The plaintiff's Committee represented over 220 families who lost their loved ones in a plane crash.
I have a AB rating from Martindale Hubbell. Rated by attorneys and Judges: Excellent Ethics, and Legal skills.
My number one job as an attorney is to educate the client about the law and its application to his/her case. I appreciate educated clients and welcome them as my job is easier with well informed clients.
I am willing to review all relevant documents.
I always suggest this in the appropriate cases.
I was an engineer before. I wanted to make a difference in people's lives. That is why I chose law.
I studied at Cambridge, England and Sienna, Italy. I understand and am very sensitive to people's needs in their time of need.
Because my immigration & personal injury clients are individuals who appreciate hard working attorneys on their side.
Making a true difference in people's lives, such as defeating deportation orders or securing financial security to injured individuals who are no longer capable to provide for themselves.
Our office feels and runs like a family practice. We work as a team.
I create a winning strategy for each case, and I am very patient with the client.
Respectful, patient & friendly with clients. Stern with opponents who cross the line.
Mountain biking and camping. Love being a father.

$100 Consultation In Immigration Matters.
Discount When You Mention "Nolo".
Negotiable
In injury cases, free consultation
It would be inaccurate to describe a typical retainer in Immigration, as it varies based on the type of case and complexity, a range would be between $1,000 to $3,000. My retainer is CONTINGENT in Injury cases. We get paid when we win the case, otherwise, no recovery.
Attorneys have passed a licensing check. Nolo has confirmed that every member attorney has a valid license and is in good standing with the applicable bar associations upon joining the directory.
Directory lawyers are required to notify Nolo immediately if they become the subject of any disciplinary action by any bar association.
