Firm Focus and History

The firm was established in 1996 specializing entirely in criminal defense. As medical marijuana law evolved, we began helping patients learn about the law and use their medicine safely. When patients get harassed by police and prosecutors, we fight to protect their rights.

We specialize in personal rights such as helping qualified individuals safely use medical cannabis and providing excellent criminal defense representation to our clients that need it.
