I founded DeBruyckere Roth & Associates PLLC with Elizabeth Roth in Salem, NH in 2007. Since that time, we have established offices in Dracut and North Andover, Massachusetts. Our attorneys have more than 30 years combined experience.
Our goal is to maintain a small, full service firm that is committed to providing legal services that are personally responsive to our clients and their needs. Aggressively representing clients' interests is the cornerstone of our philosophy.
• 2004 Founding partner of DeBrucykere, Petrillo, Fulton & McNamara.
• 1998 to May February 2004, associate with the Law Office of Anthony A. Copani.
Past President of Greater Salem Bar Association.
I am always happy to assist a client who is interested in learning more about legal issues.
This is decided on a case by case basis.
These services are not available with this firm.
I enjoy working with people and assisting in improving their lives.
All of my life experiences help me to be a better lawyer.
As aforementioned, I enjoy this area of law and being able to assist people.
I enjoy helping my clients get a fresh start and to realize that there can be a rewarding and successful life after starting over.
I have a wonderful paralegal who is extremely organized and attentive to all of my clients' needs.
Providing aggressive advocacy to get results when necessary, while never forgetting that it is important to communicate on a different level with a client who is going through the kind of personal turmoil that financial stress causes.
I spend my time off with my wife of 30 years, my children and grandchild. I also enjoy making furniture and woodworking as a hobby. When the New England weather permits, I enjoy motorcycle touring.
