The U.S. Law Center is a nationwide, full-service immigration law firm that provides large corporations, small businesses and individuals with a full range of immigration processing and placement services.
Our firm was established in 2005 and has expanded ever since.
During law school, I worked at multiple immigration law firms. As a result, I have over ten years of experience in complex immigration matters. My knowledge of immigration matters is broad and includes employment-based immigrant, nonimmigrant visas, family-based permanent residence matters, and naturalization. I have successfully worked extensively in preparing and filing labor certifications and PERM applications.
It is very important for clients to know their cases and understand the legal process step by step.
Yes, I am willing to review documents prepared by clients.
No, I am not willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves.
I entered the field of immigration law because of my deep-seated belief that law should be a helping profession. I consider it a privilege to work with such a multi-cultural mix of clients, and garner great satisfaction from doing so.
My experience working with such a multi-cultural mix of clients and immigration issues helps me improve my legal skills.
I chose to practice in this area of law because of my interest in immigration law and being able to help people achieve their goals.
I like helping people with all their immigration needs. I enjoy the smiles I see on their faces when we succeed in their case.
I am a solo practitioner, so all of my clients deal directly with me. I have a wonderful staff of paralegals that are attentive to all of my clients' immediate needs. My paralegals have a wealth of knowledge and are sensitive to the needs of my clients.
I take each case very seriously and work aggressively. I strive to win each case and devote my whole heart to a case in the interest of my client(s).
I want to work upon improving my practice and expanding it throughout the nation.
Sandra Risso.
