Previous Employment Summary

During law school, I worked at multiple immigration law firms. As a result, I have over ten years of experience in complex immigration matters. My knowledge of immigration matters is broad and includes employment-based immigrant, nonimmigrant visas, family-based permanent residence matters, and naturalization. I have successfully worked extensively in preparing and filing labor certifications and PERM applications.

Why did you decide to be a lawyer?

I entered the field of immigration law because of my deep-seated belief that law should be a helping profession. I consider it a privilege to work with such a multi-cultural mix of clients, and garner great satisfaction from doing so.

What work experience and education helps you be a better lawyer?

My experience working with such a multi-cultural mix of clients and immigration issues helps me improve my legal skills.

Why did you decide on your primary area of practice?

I chose to practice in this area of law because of my interest in immigration law and being able to help people achieve their goals.

What do you like best about your career?

I like helping people with all their immigration needs. I enjoy the smiles I see on their faces when we succeed in their case.

Tell us about your law firm:

I am a solo practitioner, so all of my clients deal directly with me. I have a wonderful staff of paralegals that are attentive to all of my clients' immediate needs. My paralegals have a wealth of knowledge and are sensitive to the needs of my clients.

What are your strengths and style?

I take each case very seriously and work aggressively. I strive to win each case and devote my whole heart to a case in the interest of my client(s).

Yes, we offer a free consultation for almost all immigration matters. For consultation about an immigration matter as a result of a criminal case, we charge $150.

Yes, we have a standard flat rate retainer. The amount depends on the complexity of the case.
