Casper, Meadows, Schwartz & Cook represents clients and their families who have suffered serious personal injury or death arising from motor vehicle accidents, product failures, toxic exposure, and other acts of negligence. Our attorneys are also recognized for successfully trying employment discrimination, medical and legal malpractice, child abuse, and civil rights cases. Our mission is to seek justice and fair compensation for injured people. I enjoy getting compensation for injured people.

Tell us about your law firm:

We started together as public defenders in 1975 and gained invaluable trial experience over the next 5 years. Since opening our practice, Thom Seaton, Boalt Hall graduate, and member of the Law Review, has joined the firm and is primarily responsible for motions and appeals.

What are your strengths and style?

Our expertise in major injury or death, product liability, sexual abuse, employment discrimination and civil rights cases. We have the experience and skills for these cases, and the resources to finance them.

Rational and business-like and always aware that, for my client, their case is the only one that matters.

Personal Interests:

I enjoy fly-fishing, baseball, nice dinners, indie films, and red wine.
