It is beneficial for clients to educate themselves on legal issues, especially in their case-specific matters. Self-education helps to have a better understanding the case at hand. With this foreknowledge, clients are better able to communicate their questions or thoughts with an attorney.
We assist clients by reviewing documents on a regular basis.
On occasion, we may help clients with pro se cases and assist them with drafting legal documents. This is done on a case-by-case basis, but is still charged to the client at an hourly rate.
I decided to become a lawyer in order to help people with various issues and to have a better understanding of how society is governed.
Dealing with a wide array of legal issues for various clients including individuals and businesses has given me the experience required to adequately assist clients.
My original focuses in secondary education were finance, taxes, accounting, and business. As such, my practice areas involve these fields. Over the years, I have gained general knowledge and experience in law practice and I have come to enjoy it.
I enjoy learning something new every day. I also like meeting new people and helping them with their legal issues.
The firm is a small practice with a number of attorneys dedicated to various areas of the law. This allows for the exchange of ideas and creative thinking. Without the hectic work schedule of larger firms, we offer individual, personal and quality service to our clients.
My diverse legal experience provides quality service to the firm's clients. I provide clients with caring personal service and quality legal work. I am courteous, but I maintain zealous representation. Additionally, I always provide reasonable fees for excellent service.
I enjoy reading, vacations, scuba diving, family, church, teaching and other civic duties. I am also interested in startup business development and other business-related projects.
