I regularly attend Continuing Legal Education seminars on topics of family law including a three day family law conference each year.
My case load is too diverse to include any one result. Family law is a very difficult highly emotional area of practice and it is hard to choose one case as an example. In every case I attempt to get the best result for my client at a reasonable price.

The focus of my firm is to offer high quality divorce and family law representation for a reasonable and affordable price.
I established my firm in July of 2000 after working for various other small law firms. I set out to give high quality family law and divorce representation for a reasonable fee.
I passed the bar in 1997 and immediately got a job as an associate for a small family law practitioner in Las Vegas. My training was definitely baptism by fire. I was thrust into many court situations with little training. I learned to think on my feet quickly and gained my skill as a litigator this way.
Pro Bono work for Clark County Legal Services.
I find it helpful for clients to take an interest in their case. However, I have found that clients who attempt self representation are usually disappointed in their results.
I would rather draft documents than review documents prepared by clients.
I do not coach clients.
When I was young I had a problem with the ability to keep my mouth shut. As I got older I realized that I could advocate a position no matter how obscure or far-fetched. I realized I would make an excellent litigator.
I understand what it is like to work for a living. I have done manual labor and also worked in the fast food industry as a teenager. I understand the value of a dollar and center my lawyering on not breaking my clients financially.
I am a litigator through and through. Divorce and family law is an area of practice where my skills as a litigator are utilized daily.
I truly believe I help people. People come to a lawyer when they are dealing with the worst problems in their lives. I try to help.
I am a solo practitioner so when it comes to court, you get me! I have a dedicated support staff who makes your experience with my firm as pleasant as possible considering the emotional time most people are going through.
I am compassionate with my clients, yet I am an aggressive litigator who fights hard for the client.
I have three boys who are thirteen, six, and three; so much of my free time is spent at their activities. I enjoy camping, fishing, golfing, and bowling.
