Continuing Education

I both teach and attend continuing legal education seminars on Family Law. As such, I always exceed the required amount of continuing education hours. Additionally, I authored and teach the "New Jersey Basic Skills Family Law Book" to all New Jersey Attorneys.

Example Cases

I handle divorce, domestic violence, custody, support, and palimony cases. I have a diverse practice. One case involved a multi-million dollar company in China and New Jersey. The valuation and amount at stake required experts in both countries. Another case involved modest assets and W-2 workers embroiled in a divorce, domestic violence hearing and custody dispute. The outcomes of both were extremely satisfactory to my clients. If my advice is reality and everyone's expectations and results are within appropriate limits, I've done my job.

I decided to become a lawyer in order to make a difference. I want to help people through difficult parts of their lives.

What work experience and education helps you be a better lawyer?

The life and work experiences which help me to be a better lawyer are wide-ranging and eclectic. A close family, a good education at all levels, and loving wife and children served as a strong foundation for starting my own law firm. Other activities which accent my tenacity in law practice include completing the New York Marathon, writing law articles, having a law-related T.V. show and teaching other lawyers.

Why did you decide on your primary area of practice?

I always had an interest in family law. After I started practicing law, family law found me. I was good at it, and other attorneys and my clients started referring me cases.
