Arizona.
I was initially licensed in South Dakota in 1996. Since then I have relocated to Arizona and surrounded myself with some of the most qualified bankruptcy attorneys in the state.
We are one of the largest, most experienced, personal and business bankruptcy firms in the state. Our attorneys meet with each client personally during a free initial consultation. Bankruptcy help is never more than a click or a phone call away. We provide superior bankruptcy assistance from experienced bankruptcy attorneys, and we are one of the most affordable bankruptcy firms in the state. Our fees for a basic case start at $1,200.
We can start your filing for little or no money down and we have payment plans for the
fees. We offer night and weekend appointments at various locations throughout the state. We are a high quality bankruptcy law firm that offers an opportunity to consider bankruptcy with a seasoned bankruptcy attorney at a free initial consultation without pressure or commitment. If bankruptcy is right for you, we offer alternative ways to afford bankruptcy as well as provide superior service throughout. We make dealing with your debt through an experienced attorney easy and affordable.
I have practiced since 1996 and my associates have served as clerks for bankruptcy judges and in various prestigious roles in the legal and business professions.
I have been featured on numerous television news shows as well as published in the Arizona Business Journal and other publications regarding my bankruptcy expertise. The firm is well respected and client centered.
Clients should be well-versed on many legal issues. The spectrum of legal representation is so specialized and diverse in today's market that attempting to prosecute your own case in any area is akin to filing your own taxes. You may get by without professional representation, but securing the right representation will not be prohibitively expensive and it is well worth the money. Know your options, but let a professional take care of the specifics.
Clients would be better served to produce the documents as a foundation for the new pleadings which I will draft. Review of documents not professionally prepared will take as long and cost as much as simply preparing the documents to begin with.
Representing yourself is an option. Paying an attorney to coach you through the process will be almost as expensive and not protect you from the potential liability involved with the complex bankruptcy laws. Paying for the service is well worth the money and provides peace of mind. You will likely only do this process once in your life. Don't take the chance of stepping in front of irreversible liability.
I grew up in a town of 600 people. There were no doctors in town and only one lawyer. Therefore, if you were going to be somebody, you were going to be a lawyer. This took me through law school, but the practice of law did not prove to be rewarding, except for bankruptcy. I continue to practice law because I see a need for affordable representation when dealing with big creditors that have unlimited resources. The richest one half of one percent of the population owns over half this nation's wealth. People like this do not need the money, yet they derive vast profits from people who can scarcely afford a minimum payment. I think this is wrong and I want to help as many people as I can to be free from creditors' oppression. I continue to practice to protect hard-working people from being bullied by creditors and I help people take advantage of the freedom provided by bankruptcy.
I am a great lawyer because of my perspective on life. I came from a working-class family. My father had a sixth grade education and drove a truck for a living while my mother taught school. I understand, better than most, that work is required for rewards. These rewards are not mine to keep, but to share with the public in the way of service.
Bankruptcy provides the most direct ability to make a profound impact in a client's life. Working every day to pay debts to creditors that don't need the money is no way to live.
We only get a limited amount of time on this Earth. If you spend that time working to pay creditors, you will not have the time to take care of your retirement or your children's education. Being a slave to creditors is not in anyone's best interest, and I can change all of that. I can provide liberation that leads to a more satisfying life, and that is as rewarding as anything I have ever done.

I have an easy-going attitude. I am very easy to talk with and I will not waste your time with legal mumbo-jumbo that you do not need to learn. I will give you straight talk about your case and the potential downfalls.
I run most mornings. I like to hike and travel with my wife and my dog. My father is still alive and living in South Dakota at 77, so family takes up most of my free time, if I can find it.
