I have been an Adjunct Professor, teaching Immigration and Nationality Law at the University of San Francisco Law School and the McGeorge School of Law. I also speak at various community events.

We normally work on a fixed-fee basis and based on the nature and difficulty of the case, we will agree on a fixed fee before beginning work.

In those cases where a fixed-fee is not appropriate, our firm charges between $200 - $300 an hour.

The initial consultation fee is $150. If there is something further to do, we will normally apply $100 of the consultation fee to the retainer.
