Firm Focus and History

Our firm was established in 1997. We strive to provide excellent, aggressive representation for each of our clients, at a fair price.

The focus of my practice is zealously and aggressively representing and protecting the constitutional rights of individuals accused of State and Federal crimes.

We are a full service law firm with offices in Las Vegas, Nevada, and St. George, Utah.  With over sixty years of combined legal experience and many successful jury trials, we specialize in defending and helping clients who are facing criminal charges.  We handle cases ranging from simple misdemeanors to first-degree murder charges.

I will personally be involved in your case at every critical stage.  I received my juris doctorate degree from the world renowned law school at the University of California, Berkeley.  I have obtained not guilty verdicts for many of my clients at trial and favorably resolved countless other cases prior to trial.

I have achieved the prestigious AV-rating from Martindale-Hubble Law Directory, which has been the authoritative guide for ratings of lawyers for over one hundred years. AV is the highest rating a lawyer can receive and is reserved for only a small percentage of the best lawyers in America. The AA signifies the highest level of legal ability, while the AV denotes very high adherence to the Professional Code of Responsibility in conduct, ethics, reliability and diligence. The rating system provides an important independent, industry wide system to narrow the search for qualified legal representation. The "AV" rating represents an unbiased verification of an attorney's standing and reputation in the legal community.

We would love to help you.  Please contact us today.
