American Bar Association.
I attend continuing legal education seminars on various topics but focus primarily on Bankruptcy Law.
If you are being garnished by a creditor collecting on a credit card or medical debt, I can stop the garnishment and relieve you of said debt with a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy. If your home is about to be foreclosed upon and you wish to keep your home I can save your home from foreclosure with a Chapter 13 bankruptcy.

I am a firm believer that knowledge is power. I encourage any prospective clients contemplating bankruptcy to educate themselves on the bankruptcy process. Our website gives insight into the law as well as the process of bankruptcy so that each and every client has a general idea of what is going to occur even before they meet with me for a consultation.
Due to malpractice issues, I am unable to review documents prepared by a client. On occasion, I may use certain documents prepared by clients during an initial consultation to get a better understanding of their personal finances.
I am not able to coach any client that desires to represent themselves. I do advise that any debtor contemplating bankruptcy seek the counsel of an attorney that is skilled and knowledgeable in this area of law as this will help to ensure that the debtor obtains the results that they desire from personal bankruptcy.
I decided to become a lawyer because I wanted to be a voice in the legal system for those who cannot speak on their own behalf.
I pride myself on being a very hard working and determined individual. Those personal qualities have gotten me to where I am today and have shaped the attorney that I have become. I believe that through hard work anything is possible and my work ethic is a reflection of that philosophy. Moreover, I am the first person in my immediate family to obtain a post graduate professional degree.
Bankruptcy appealed to me because it is an area of law that affects a vast majority of the population. I enjoy the direct client contact involved in bankruptcy practice as well as helping my clients obtain a "fresh start" in their life free from credit card and other burdensome debt.
I enjoy meeting new clients everyday as well as other bankruptcy practitioners. I also enjoy practicing law before the Federal Court.
Three attorneys and I make up the practice in New Jersey. We deal with our clients directly and any of the paralegals or legal secretaries in the firm have a wealth of knowledge and can help a client when the attorney is not in the office.
I consider myself to be very approachable and personable. This puts my clients at ease and helps to foster a strong attorney-client relationship.
I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I also enjoy traveling to new places and learning about different cultures.
