What is your opinion regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

While no legal outcome is certain, we always strive to educate and keep our clients informed of their legal rights, remedies and reasonable value of their case.

Are you willing to review documents prepared by clients?

We always stand ready and willing to review all documents prepared by our clients in relation to their legal case.

Are you willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

While it is difficult to undertake the legal responsibility in coaching clients who want to represent themselves, we are always willing to help educate our clients in the pursuit of their legal rights and remedies.

Why did you decide to be a lawyer?

I decided to become an attorney in order to promote, protect and advocate the rights and remedies of parties injured by the wrongful conduct of others.

What work experience and education helps you be a better lawyer?

Twenty seven years of active plaintiff trial practice in a multitude of legal areas, together with regular continuing legal education and maintaining a reputation for honesty and integrity in the practice of law have contributed to my successful representation of clients.

Why did you decide on your primary area of practice?

I chose the practice of personal injury to stand up for the rights and to pursue monetary compensation and meaningful remediation on behalf of clients who have been harmed by the careless, reckless or intentional acts of others.

What do you like best about your career?

I enjoy the challenge of bringing about successful and satisfying results for my clients.

Tell us about your law firm:

We have a staff of seven seasoned associate attorneys who are assisted by twenty five experienced of paralegals, secretaries, clerks, and administrative personnel, all dedicated to servicing the needs of our clients.

What are your strengths and style?

We represent our clients and deal with our adversaries and the court in a strait-forward no nonsense manner. We utilize our experience to give our clients an objective evaluation of the merits and worth of their particular case, and then seek to exceed their expectations. We are zealous and diligent in the prosecution of our cases. We are always willing to fight for our client's rights, never selling out our client's interests during settlement negotiations or trial.

Personal Interests:

I enjoy hapkido, playing guitar, skiing, hiking, running and fitness.
