I have spoken at continuing legal education programs on litigation and personal injury matters. I always exceed the required amount of CLE hours focusing on bankruptcy, personal injury and family law.
I routinely file chapter 13 bankruptcies to stop mortgage/foreclosures. I also file chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcies to stop lawsuits and garnishments, depending on the circumstances.

Our firm is a general civil practice with overall emphasis by the attorneys on attorney-client contact and interaction. We place personal emphasis on consumer bankruptcy and personal injury matters.
Our firm was established in 1926 and has been in continuous operation since.
BV-Rated by Martindale-Hubbell; Judge Pro Tem in Allen Circuit and Allen Superior Courts at various times over the years.
I think it is a good idea for clients to educate themselves on legal issues because the better a client educates themselves, the smoother the attorney-client relationship will be and the better job we can do in representation.
Over the years, I have reviewed documents prepared by clients and I am willing to do so currently.
I have coached clients as well, but only if it is in the client's best interest.
I wanted to contribute to society and since my father is an attorney, I was exposed to the profession at an early age; this gave me the desire to help people.
I had significant trial experience early on, frequent continuing legal education, and memberships with various not-for-profit boards.
I chose this primary area of practice because there is significant demand for bankruptcy attorneys who actually meet their clients and handle their cases personally.
The best thing about my career is assisting people who would otherwise be lost to resolve their legal problems.
I work with clients personally and have a very good assistant who is attentive to our clients' needs.
I am a compassionate and good listener who suggests solutions to people's problem even if such solutions don't necessarily involve bankruptcy. I try to determine what is in the client's best interest and recommend it.
I enjoy cycling, running, triathlons, college sports, and community involvement.
