The firm was founded in 1965, over 40 years ago. Our established and experienced attorneys have handled thousands of claims over that time, and have 175 years of combined litigation experience.
We focus on helping injured victims of negligence put their lives back together. We look to get the maximum compensation for the injuries and damages sustained. We pride ourselves in the extraordinary client service we provide, as we treat every client as if he or she is the only client in our office.

What is your opinion regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?
I am all for clients learning more about their situation, but I always caution what you learn online or from other sources. There is no substitute for a true legal expert in a particular field of law who is completely up to date on the current laws and successful strategies. One can't learn everything from a book!
Are you willing to review documents prepared by clients?
As a matter of course, we would always review any materials provided by a client.
Are you willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?
I am always cautious about doing this. If I feel a client has a small claim and can do it on his/her own I would be honest and tell them that. Typically, in my field of law, an insurance company will take advantage of a client who is not represented and who does not know the best way to approach a negotiation. Again, there is no substitute for experience.
Why did you decide to be a lawyer?
My father started our firm over 40 years ago, and I grew up watching the good work he did helping injured victims. We can never take back an injury, but knowing that we have helped an injured client get the medical treatment he needs as well as obtaining any compensation deserved, is a wonderful feeling.
What work experience and education helps you be a better lawyer?
The vast years of experience our eight attorneys and staff of thirty focused professionals have is probably our best resource. We all work together as a team, bouncing ideas off of one another. When you come to our firm, you are not just getting one lawyer, but our entire team. In addition, my 8 year old son was in a very severe car accident a short time ago, and I was able to experience, from a personal perspective, what a client goes through and how a severe injury can affect a whole family. To this day, I have a bad back from carrying him up and down the stairs because he could not walk. I always considered myself someone very sympathetic to my clients, but now I appreciate things even more so.
Why did you decide on your primary area of practice?
I grew up watching my father practice in this same area of law. I am proud of my father and his accomplishments and wish to do the same.
What do you like best about your career?
I like helping injured people and making them feel good. Also, I like being part of a wonderful legal team that I call my second family - many of our attorneys and staff have been with us for over 15 years.
Tell us about your law firm:
As I said, we have eight experienced attorneys and a staff of thirty focused professionals who concentrate solely in the area of personal injury law. Our experience and client service is unmatched. We want every client that comes through our office to become a client for a lifetime. While we get referrals from so many sources, includinig many attorneys, our best source of business is word of mouth. Also, we have the most up-to-date, state of the art computer equipment and technology available to us. Yearly, I attend the American Bar Association's Annual Tech Show for Lawyers, which always displays the latest and greatest technology and its uses for lawyers. The technology allows us to provide this exceptional service to our clients.
What are your strengths and style?
Our experience is our strength. We know every insurance company, their adjusters, and the defense counsel they use. We use whatever style is necessary to obtain the greatest possible settlement for our clients.

My personal interests are spending time with my family and two children, computers, tennis, and golf.

We work solely on a contingent fee basis, which means we only get paid IF we get a settlement for you. We only get paid from insurance proceeds at the end of the case, so no client ever has to reach into his or her pocket to pay us.
