Note: These testimonials are not an indication of future results. Every case is different, and regardless of what friends, family, or other individuals may say about the outcome of a particular case, each case must be evaluated on its own facts and circumstances as they apply to the law. The valuation of a case depends on the facts, the jurisdiction, the venue, the witnesses, the parties, and the testimony, among other factors.

"No representation is made that the quality of the legal services to be performed is greater than the quality of legal services performed by other lawyers."

What is your opinion regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

All people in the United States of America should be educated on the processes and requirements of our Court systems. Education and professional assistance are both vital tools for achieving the best possible result in your Alabama DUI charge.

Are you willing to review documents prepared by clients?

Attorneys at Kreps Law Firm will always review documents prepared by clients and provide guidance and insight into how things can be modified or amended to increase the document's effectiveness in light of the client's goals.

Are you willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

Counseling and coaching is something that we do on a daily basis when our clients have to make tough decisions about how to proceed with their Alabama DUI charge pending. Many times it is not in a client's best long-term interests to proceed in a criminal case unrepresented and we will provide the necessary education and counseling to help our Alabama DUI Penalties clients make this important decision.

Why did you decide to be a lawyer?

I went to law school because I enjoy helping people through tough times and navigating the crisis that arises in their lives. It is my calling to help people of this world through troubled times. I am compassionate and very aggressive in the defense of my client's charges. When you have a situation that arises and you need help in a troubled time, call US NOW at (866) 347-2889 to discuss your case.

What work experience and education helps you be a better lawyer?

Our Kreps Law Firm Birmingham DUI attorneys have handled hundreds of Alabama DUI and Speeding ticket cases across the State of Alabama. This has enabled us to be able to clearly spot the issues important to our clients and to do whatever we can to help win Alabama DUI cases.

Why did you decide on your primary area of practice?

I chose to become a criminal defense lawyer and focus my practice on Alabama DUI defense because the general public, police and prosecutors do not understand the disease of alcoholism and the chemical or social addiction to alcohol. While we do not encourage or condone drinking to the point of impairment and driving, we do recognize the police officers do make mistakes and that the Alabama DUI laws are being applied in a way that is netting thousands of DUI arrests for people that are not too impaired to safely operate a motor vehicle.

What do you like best about your career?

The things I like most about practicing Alabama DUI and traffic defense is that I get to deal with real people with real problems and not the State or a corporation. I help people each and every day that need me and I thrive on providing them the best representation possible.

Tell us about your law firm:

At Kreps Law Firm, we handle each and every case with a team approach. All of our Alabama DUI team members are very well trained and knowledgeable in DUI defense and Alabama DUI Laws. We take pride in assisting our clients and handling questions and providing solutions in the most efficient manner possible.

What are your strengths and style?

One of my best strengths is that I seek out the Alabama DUI Education that is required for me to be the best DUI defense lawyer that I can be. In addition, I pay close attention to detail and am very aggressive when I need to be to help win an Alabama DUI charge. I also pride myself on being accessible, professional and compassionate with the people I have the privilege of representing.

Personal Interests:

I enjoy reading, photography, spending time with my family and exercise.
