The Law Office of Paul F. Daley serves all of Brevard County, including Rockledge, Cocoa, Cocoa Beach, Melbourne, Viera, Suntree, Merritt Island, Port St. John, and Patrick Air Force Base. We provide legal services in the areas of Wills, Trusts, Probate, Bankruptcy, and Personal Injury.
We offer early morning and evening appointments to accommodate the needs of working individuals.
Our office understands the needs of military families because we have retired military personnel and dependents on staff.
I was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, but have called Florida home since 1998. In May of 1986, I joined the United States Air Force. In July 2007, I completed my military service after serving over 21 years. While serving on active duty I completed my undergraduate degree in both Business Management and Computer Information Systems. In 2002, I entered law school in Orlando, Florida. Through hard work and perseverance I was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2006.
I'm an Ambassador for the Cocoa Beach Area Chamber of Commerce for 2008.
I believe clients should be fully knowledgeable about the laws that affect their cases, and if they aren't, they should ask questions.
I am willing to look at documents for a fee.
I would direct them to the Pro Se Coordinator at the County Courthouse.
I wanted to protect my family and friends. In the past I have watched many good people suffer because they did not know the law or were not able to afford to hire an attorney to represent them.
Serving in the military helped me to be a better lawyer, because you get a lot of life experience serving around the world.
I have undergraduate degrees in business and computers. I also have been through an environmental management program at the University of California which exposed me to statutory laws. This course of study required me to learn the ability of interpreting and applying statutory laws. This ability is also useful in Bankruptcy Law.
I wanted the opportunity to give people a fresh start.
I get to meet a lot of people and we get to know each well. It is very rewarding to see clients go from a desperate frame of mind to a relieved one.
Our mission is to establish an atmosphere of compassion, trust, and mutual respect while providing high quality legal services at a reasonable price.
Being a small firm, we're able to deal with each individual case personally. I am told I have a very relaxed and personable manner, which helps people to feel more at ease with the desperate situation they're in.
I like to watch, and also still play, ice hockey. I collect vintage comic books. I like to travel. When I was in the military I used to be able to do it for free, but now I have to pay for it.
