Firm Focus and History

The attorneys at Weselis & Suchoparek LLC are dedicated to helping individuals regain their financial freedom. We specialize in the area of bankruptcy and are determined to work hard to ensure that you will receive the best possible solution based upon your unique circumstances.

Our firm was established by two attorneys that worked for larger law firms and were frustrated about the personal attention that was believed to be lacking in client cases. We try to fulfill our mission of personal, compassionate attention and provide full and complete representation to each and every client.

It is our firm's belief that personal attention and dedication to each case is an absolute necessity. Anything short of this standard is unsatisfactory and is not the reason our clients come to our firm. We are unlike some law firms that advertise bankruptcy services, some of which are located outside Colorado or just run their business as a ‘bankruptcy mill' without providing the personal attention to every bankruptcy case that we believe is needed and deserved by the client. We are located in Denver, Colorado and provide legal services throughout every part of the State of Colorado. Thus, it does not matter if you are located in Denver, Fort Collins, Pueblo, Colorado Springs, or Grand Junction; we are ready to help you through the bankruptcy process.

The bankruptcy process is complicated and the Colorado bankruptcy attorneys at Weselis & Suchoparek LLC will explain every step of the process to you in order to ensure that you understand all aspects of your bankruptcy. The road to your financial success and the accumulation of wealth is only one phone call away. We look forward to helping you eliminate your debt today!

Here at Weselis & Suchoparek LLC, we understand that you would not be researching our firm if you were not thinking about the bankruptcy option. Imagine what a relief it would be if we could stop those harassing phone calls, annoying letters, garnishments and save your house from foreclosure immediately. In some cases you can also discharge your second mortgage and keep your house. Yes it is true!
What you need to understand is that bankruptcy is not a bad thing. There are many negative stereotypes out there about bankruptcy in Colorado, but in reality filing bankruptcy is a business decision and should not reflect negatively against you. Many famous people and huge corporations have filed bankruptcy to protect their personal business finances—why should you be the exception?

The attorneys at Weselis & Suchoparek LLC have represented some of the major banks in Colorado bankruptcy proceedings, worked for numerous federal bankruptcy judges and are now ready to stand up for you! We understand that filing for bankruptcy in Colorado is not an easy decision; however, we welcome you to browse our website for information and call us at your convenience to set up a free consultation with a licensed Colorado bankruptcy lawyer. You will not be speaking to a secretary, but a real licensed attorney who will patiently explain the whole process to you in everyday English—No legalese. We proudly offer some of the best personal attention that we feel every client deserves. We service the whole State of Colorado so it does not matter if you live in Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, Pueblo, Grand Junction or live in Denver; the road to your financial success is only a phone call away.
