Bankruptcy
I specialize in helping people that are in trouble with their foreclosures. I like to show people a way out - that there are more available options.

I've been in Burbank since 1987 and I've been practice since 1982 and passed the Bar in 1981. I love Burbank because it's a very big town, yet has a small-town feeling, with a cohesive community. I've been doing bankruptcy law for over 10 years.
I worked for a small firm in Canyon Country for about a year and half prior to going into practice for myself.
I volunteer for the Panel of Settlement Referees for the North Central District. I received a Certificate of Appreciation in 2004 for this work.
I think it's always helpful for clients to educate themselves. It makes it easier for clients to assist the attorney and they understand the value of the service that the attorney gives.
Yes. I charge at an hourly rate for that.
Typically no.
I decided to be a lawyer because it's a service industry and this is how I could best serve others. It was a good fit for me.
Being a single parent for many years helps me be a better attorney because I understand how families struggle in a financial crunch.
I enjoy working with families and this was an outgrowth of my divorce practice. It is another way to help people make it through a hard time.
I like being in practice for myself. I can decide the perimeters of my practice.
I also really like working with people and knowing that I've contributed to bettering their situation.
I am a sole practitioner and my legal secretary works closely with me. I have a lot of diverse clients, particularly in the Armenian community. I also have Hispanic clients and clients from other cultures. I enjoy the diversity of the clients who come to me.
I highly advocate for the position of my clients. If there is a way to find a solution, I will do it. I am very committed to my clients.
I have a 16-year-old daughter who is an Honor's student, who I'm very proud of. I love spending time with her and my new husband. I support my husband in land speed racing. I've done it once myself, and it was exhilarating!

Bankruptcies are usually a fixed price unless there is additional work outside the norm - the norm being contacting creditors, attending 341A hearings and preparing the initial filing. The fixed price varies according to the complexities of the case.
$250.

No.
Attorneys have passed a licensing check. Nolo has confirmed that every member attorney has a valid license and is in good standing with the applicable bar associations upon joining the directory.
Directory lawyers are required to notify Nolo immediately if they become the subject of any disciplinary action by any bar association.
