I have also represented both secured and unsecured creditors in bankruptcy court and in the state courts. I pride myself when representing creditors in getting them what they are owed. I am known as an attorney who can handle tough cases on both sides of the line. My work also includes complex business litigation, real estate transactions, debt negotiation, asset protection and other legal services. I have worked extensively with both creditors and debtors so I understand the law from both sides. I began my career at the premiere boutique bankruptcy law firm Levene & Eisenberg. I then became the senior associate in the Banking and Finance Department of nationally recognized firm Sheppard, Mullen, Richter & Hampton, and have also served as in-house counsel for City National Bank. I established my own firm in 1992, and formed Weintraub Law Corporation in 2001, now known as Weintraub & Selth, APC.

I am a member of the Los Angeles County and the Beverly Hills Bar Associations and the Individual and Consumer Bankruptcy Sub-Committee of the Los Angeles County Bar Section on Commercial Law and Bankruptcy. Fees vary based upon the type of case, chapter 7, 11 or 13 and the complexity of the case. A typical Chapter 7 case is $2,000 to $2,500 but we have handled simple cases for as little as $1,500.

We also do asset protection planning for our clients. This may involve an additional fee.

$150 to $400 per hour depending on experience.

We always have the least expensive professional perform the services for the client.

$300 for a 1.5 hour consultation.
