I established the firm in 1982. My husband, Brandt, joined the firm in 1997, forming Andersson & Andersson. We concentrate on estate planning, probate, associated taxation issues and compliance.
Before starting my own firm, I was a CPA and tax specialist for Arthur Anderson and attorney for the San Francisco Law Firm of Hunt, Gram & Lima.
Contra Costa County Delegate to California Conference of Delegates: 1992-2006
Legal Adviser to Planned Parenthood Shasta-Diablo, Executive Board: 1987-2007

The important part of our job is assuring that our clients understand the plan we prepare, so they can make good estate planning decisions. The better informed they are, the more effective we work.
We often deal with clients who have completed part of an estate plan or have an out of date plan.
We often help clients with trust administration.
I enjoy assisting clients in solving current problems and avoiding future problems. Estate and tax planning provides security and peace of mind to families.
Four years experience in a major international accounting firm and certification as a CPA has allowed me to provide more useful and accurate advice to my clients.
I discovered a natural aptitude for tax planning while in law school. My work in the accounting firm developed and refined my skills.
I like having the opportunity to help my clients plan for the future security of their families.
I have been married to my law partner for over 30 years and have practiced law with him for more than a decade. We are in constant communication about our clients.
I can quickly assimilate facts and situations enabling me to identify the issues underlying a client's concerns. I then can ask questions to elicit the necessary information.
I enjoy travel, the theater, reading, and spending time with my family.
