The law firm was established in July, 2000. Our focus is on all aspects of family law, including divorce, post-divorce modifications and enforcement, child support, custody, family adoption, etc.
I worked for the Miami-Dade County State Attorney's Office Child Support Enforcement division from 1992-1997. Then I joined the law firm of Marcus & Marcus, P.A. in Homestead, Florida, as the firm's family law attorney. In July of 2000, I left to open my own practice.

Clients should educate themselves, but understand that there are very few issues that have a definitive answer and/or outcome. Issues are much more complex then they appear.
I will not do so.
I will not do so.
I wanted to assist people on a more pro-active basis. My work in psychology led me to believe that this could often be achieved through law.
My degree in psychology and life experience affords me the opportunity to understand many of the psychological aspects of my client's issues. I received distinction within my psychology major by completing a thesis. I wrote this thesis on an analysis of the adjustment of children a year after the finalization of a divorce. I am continuously interested the psychological aspects of a divorce and believe in helping people work through these issues as well as the necessary legal issues.
I enjoy helping people work through a difficult period of time in their lives so that they can create a resolution they are happy with.
Pro-actively assisting clients in resolving their family issues.
I am a sole practitioner who is available to my clients.
My strength is efficiently and economically resolving legal issues.
Travel, theater, fine dining, and spending time with my children.
