Personal Injury
I take all types of cases, but I usually do not take cases that are only soft tissue injury cases or where the only medical treatment is with a chiropractor. In other words, if a physician has referred the patient for treatment to a chiropractor and the chiropractic treatment is reasonable and not excessive, that is usually something we can accept.

The firm was established in 1973 in Turlock, CA by Robert E. Triebsch. The firm focuses on providing a full range of legal services to its business clients, from incorporation, estate planning to civil litigation. The firm does not, however, provide any family law or criminal law services.
Prior to joining Triebsch & Frampton in 2001, I worked as a litigation attorney for seven years with the Modesto insurance defense firm of Thayer, Harvey & Gregerson, where I primarily handled prosecution and defense of bodily injury claims, insurance coverage disputes and claims against public entities.
I Coach the Turlock High School mock trial competition team. I am a Boy Scout merit badge counselor and I am currently BV rated by Martindale Hubbell.
The more educated a client is on legal issues, the better the client can make informed decisions concerning their own case and understand the potential odds and outcome of that particular case.
I am more than happy to have clients prepare their own documents and to review those documents and make helpful suggestions. However, I do bill for my time spent reviewing documents and giving advice.
I have helped several clients prepare for small claims hearings and small claims appeals and have also assisted clients represent themselves. However, I expect to be compensated for my time giving such advice.
I am good at three things: reading, writing, and arguing. It was a natural decision to become a professional litigator.
My trial and litigation experience is very broad. I have handled everything from construction defect litigation, employment/sexual harassment cases, bodily injury, breach of contract, landlord-tenant, injunctions, real property disputes and many other matters. These experiences have allowed me to give clients sound advice concerning the outcome of litigation and what a judge or jury may do with the facts of a particular case.
Litigation was the natural choice, given my public speaking, writing and argument abilities.
Helping people achieve results that they would not be able to obtain on their own.
We have a multilingual office staff with a variety of specialties and talents. My partners have years of experience advising businesses. One of my partners handles Employment Law, exclusively. My own secretary is a particularly good investigator, skilled at ferreting out information about opposing parties and their finances. We practice tenacious litigation, and often work together as a team.
Legal research, writing, and oral argument are all strengths of mine. My "style" is tailored to the needs of the case and the client and often depends on the antics of opposing counsel.
I am involved in choral music groups, church and community service. I love reading, the outdoors, and spending time with my family.
