It is a very helpful and efficient way to resolve the inevitable disputes that arise between people. I take it as a sign of good will and responsibility on the part of the client.
I find it interesting and fun. Often a few small edits can result in a much more effective case for the client.
I often prepare a detailed outline to remind clients of what points to cover and in which order to present their arguments. Taking the outline to the hearing helps clients present the best argument possible.
It is a very strong skill to help people resolve their problems. It is important to me to offer support and encouragement to those around me, and people with legal problems often need lots of support and encouragement.
I have the perspective of someone willing and able to make needed changes. I am blessed with courage and perspective, and I have run my own business for more than 20 years.
Trial advocacy is one of the higher skills a lawyer can develop. I like the competition, and especially the winning in such a high-risk environment.
The intense involvement with a case for a limited period of time.
My office is in an executive suite, with constant high-quality support services. Combined with my personal attention to each client, we have a fine mix of services.
Straightforward, brave, accomplished.
Music, study, travel.
